CruiseTube –ALL HANDS ON DECK CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO ANYONE WHO IS A MEMBER OF CRUISETUBE. The CruiseTube Contest (the "Contest") closes 11:59 PM EST June 30, 2009. The CruiseTube member with the “most friends” by the contest closing date will be the winner. The determination of which member has the “most friends” will be made from the total number of friends that appears in a CruiseTube member’s personal profile page. In the event of a tie between members with the “most friends”, a random drawing of all eligible entries will be conducted. Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of the following Official Rules. The CruiseTube Contest is sponsored by CruiseTube Inc. 555 Wilson Ave., Toronto, Ontario M3H 5Y6 ("SPONSOR").

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to anyone who is eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of February 1, 2009 is a resident of the United States or Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) and is a member of CruiseTube who has read and agreed to the Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is NOT open to employees, directors, officers, representatives or agents of SPONSOR, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agents, and members of their respective families and persons with whom they are domiciled.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Upon becoming a member of CruiseTube and signing up friends under the member profile page you are automatically eligible to win up to a $2,500 credit towards a stateroom of the winner’s choice on a Carnival® Fun Ship Western Caribbean cruise departing out of Miami, Florida (the "prize"). CruiseTube contact information will be the sole method used for contacting the prizewinner for the Contest. To be eligible for the “prize”, all friends must be posted by 11:59 PM EST on June 30, 2009.

3. PRIZE: SPONSOR will provide the prize. The prizewinner will select a travel date between July 15, 2009 and December 31st, 2009, and must advise SPONSOR of that date within two weeks of prize acceptance. Accommodations are for the winner plus one guest, based on double occupancy, and the prize also includes all meals, entertainment and many onboard activities (These vary by ship. Visit www.carnival.com for full details). Travel is subject to blackout dates and availability. Travel between the winner's home and the point of embarkation (Miami, FL), administration fees, insurance(s) and upgrades, gratuities, shore excursions, land packages, air transportation, ground transportation and optional package components are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable in whole or in part for cash or re-sale. The prize must be accepted as awarded, and has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted. All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein, including (without limitation) taxes, are the sole responsibility of winner. The prize does not include any payment for personal services, souvenirs, bar drinks, soft drinks, ship-to-shore phone calls, medical exams, photos by the ship's photographer, services, and any onboard activities not specifically authorized herein. The prize is provided "as-is" and without any warranty of any kind and is subject to the terms and conditions governing all other passengers within the same class of service onboard the cruise ship for which the prize is awarded.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner will be the CruiseTube member that has the most “friends” listed on their CruiseTube member profile page by 11:59 PM EST on June 30, 2009. In the event of a tie between members with the most “friends”, SPONSOR will conduct a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about July 6, 2009. Odds of winning the prize are based on the number of eligible members. Winner will be notified by email at the address that is registered with www.cruisetube.com. The winner must respond that they accept the prize by email to the notification within 48 hours of notification. SPONSOR is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. Winner assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused during the utilization of the prize and hereby releases SPONSOR from any such liability. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, has not responded accepting the prize within the timeframe specified herein, or is ineligible to claim the prize, that selected winner will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected. The process will continue until a winner has been validated. If the winner chooses to accept the prize, "Winner agrees to: (i) sign a publicity release acknowledging the rights of SPONSOR, or its agents, to publish or broadcast their picture and name, address, voice and statements for publicity purposes, without compensation, other than the value of the prize; and (ii) sign a standard release form releasing Contest, the award of the prize, and the use of personal information as permitted."

5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Conduct of Contest and selection of winners are in SPONSOR'S sole discretion, and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Agents and representatives of SPONSOR, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of SPONSOR that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person or property arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest. The Sponsor has the right to reasonably alter or cancel the contest in the event of a technical failure, fraud or other circumstances beyond their control. By participating, each entrant hereby releases and holds SPONSOR and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of SPONSOR, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from entrant’s participation in the Contest, acceptance, possession, or use of the prize or any portion thereof, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of SPONSOR, whose decisions are hereby deemed to be final. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrant and SPONSOR in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario without giving effect to any choice of law rules or provisions (whether of the province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than the province of Ontario. SPONSOR reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value and/or to terminate, modify or withdraw the Contest, in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice for any reason including errors or other causes beyond SPONSOR’s control which affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Contest. SPONSOR reserves the right to disqualify any person who it believes has failed to abide by these Official Rules. SPONSOR is not responsible for theft, defects, and human errors including negligence that may result in the failure of SPONSOR to award the prize. Other than as expressly specified herein, SPONSOR will not enter into correspondence or discussion with any participant. 6. WINNER LIST REQUESTS: Any list of winners, to the extent legally required to be disclosed, may be obtained by sending an e-mail with the subject line: "CruiseTube ALL HANDS ON DECK Contest Winner List Request" to customerservice@cruisetube.com. All such requests must be received by 6 weeks after the contest closing date.
